looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator. candidate will ensure the smooth running of office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support staff members with various needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating staff training sessions.
Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.

Qualifications:

Diloma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
