The Channel Sales Executive is tasked with expanding the company's network by generating leads and establishing HLM (High-Level Medical) labs or franchisee labs. This role focuses on identifying potential partners, promoting the brand, and negotiating agreements to bring new labs under the company's umbrella. The executive is instrumental in driving the company's market expansion strategy through strategic channel partnerships.

Job Description for the post of Channel Sales Executive:

1. Channel Development and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential channel partners, including prospective HLM and franchisee lab owners. Utilize various lead generation methods, such as networking, industry events, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.

2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing channel partners. Act as the primary point of contact, providing partners with information, support, and guidance throughout the partnership process.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to attract and secure channel partners. Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the unique needs and interests of each potential partner.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate partnership agreements and terms with prospective channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams, including legal and finance, to finalize contracts and agreements.

5. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive dynamics. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine channel sales strategies.

6. Brand Advocacy and Promotion: Promote Lord's Med Pathology's brand, products, and services to potential channel partners. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build brand awareness and attract partners.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of all channel sales activities, including lead status, pipeline development, and deal closures. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on channel sales performance and market insights.

8. Training and Onboarding: Assist new channel partners with the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. Provide training and support to partners on the company's products and services.

Requirements / Qualifications:

B.Sc./ MBA

3-8 Years of Pathology /Healthcare Experience.

Proven experience in healthcare industry, preferably in pathology or diagnostic services.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry
