Hiring Senior Lab Technician to oversee laboratory operations, perform diagnostic tests, maintain lab equipment, and ensure accurate reporting of results. The role involves supervising junior staff, adhering to quality standards, and supporting doctors in diagnosis and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Histopathology, etc.).
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of reports.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
Supervise junior technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per NABL/quality standards.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for result interpretation when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
DMLT / BMLT / MLT or equivalent with relevant certifications.
Minimum 3–5 years of lab experience, preferably in a clinical/diagnostic setup.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment handling.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience – 3 to 5 Years
