looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and office administration. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing, invoicing, vouchers, and expense records
Maintain books of accounts and assist in audits
Manage petty cash and bank transactions
Support payroll processing and attendance records
Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and documentation
Maintain statutory records (GST, TDS, etc.)
Key Skills:
Tally/Accounting software
GST & basic taxation knowledge
MS Excel & Office tools
Strong coordination & documentation skills
Experience: 1–4 years
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent
Experience – 1 to 5 years
