This role focuses on participant communication, follow-ups, and operational coordination. The selected candidate will interact directly with registered applicants, guide them through the process, and assist the team leader in ensuring smooth daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Call and follow up with registered applicants.
· Provide clear information about the platform and audition process.
· Respond to participant queries with empathy and professionalism.
· Maintain structured records of interactions and status updates.
· Assist in tracking registrations and documentation.
· Support follow-ups for online and offline auditions.
· Assist the team leader with daily operational tasks.
· Provide support during city auditions and events, if required.
Candidate Profile
· Strong spoken English (Hindi proficiency is an advantage).
· Confident, polite, and empathetic communicator.
· Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
· Organised and detail-oriented.
· Smart, presentable, and professional attitude.
· Quick learner with proactive mindset.
Educational Background
· Graduates or final-year students in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
