? Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth for genomics / molecular diagnostics products
Build and manage relationships with hospitals, labs, and clinicians
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Lead, train, and monitor field sales team performance
Coordinate with marketing & operations for smooth execution

? Requirements
4–8 years of sales experience in diagnostics / genomics / healthcare
Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and labs
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication & team management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Experience – 3 to 8 Years in Healthcare Sales
