We are seeking an IT Support Executive to manage and support hospital/diagnostic IT systems, ensuring smooth operations of medical software and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for HIS/LIS/RIS and other medical software
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in clinical settings
Ensure system uptime for lab, radiology, and hospital operations
Manage user access, data backup, and basic cybersecurity compliance
Coordinate with vendors for medical equipment IT integration
Requirements:
Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
1–3 years of experience in healthcare IT support preferred
Knowledge of hospital systems (HIS/LIS) and networking basics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience – 3 to 8 Years of Experience
