Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive- Business Development
Department : Business Travel
Product Line: Air Tickets, Hotels, Visas, Passport Services and Travel Insurance
Identifying new business opportunities and leads and setting up meetings and interactions with them.
Maintaining the overall database of clients and leads in a structured manner and ensuring that there is a regular and cogent communication pattern with them in accordance with the policies of the company.
Making pitches and presentations to potential clients and business leads in a timely manner that is respectful of any commitments made.
Ensure that complete details of all newly secured client accounts are passed on to the operational team in a seamless manner, and will shadow the first quarter of delivery of services.
Keeping track of all existing customers and their needs, purchasing patterns and payment records
Tracking the changes in customer buying trends and highlighting changes to the Business Head.
Keeping track of customer feedback and getting client testimonials.
Demonstrates high level communication skills (includes interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, presentation and representation) with particular ability to articulate concepts/ideas in English and Hindi.
Identification of opportunities within the market and your ability to optimize those opportunities
2-3 years of experience preferably in Corporate Sales in Airline industry
Experience – 2 to 5 years
