Hiring Female Executive Assistant for Leading Pharma Industry based out Delhi North
Job Description:
Executive Assistant, Candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team and ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. You will provide high-level administrative assistance, facilitate communication, and handle a wide range of tasks that enable our executives to focus on strategic priorities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient use of their time.Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.Handle email correspondence and prioritize incoming requests.
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure travel-related logistics are seamless.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and manage phone calls and emails. Draft and proofread executive-level communications.
Information Management:
Maintain confidential files and records.Assist in data analysis, research, and information gathering as needed.Help executives stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule, prepare materials for, and follow up on executive meetings.Take meeting minutes and track action items.Assist in special projects and initiatives led by executives.Collaborate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
Office Operations:
Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement when necessary.Handle basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Adaptability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience – 2 to 4 years
