Job Description:

Front Desk Receptionist, first point of contact for guests and visitors to establishment. Welcoming and hospitable atmosphere while efficiently managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:

Greet guests and visitors warmly as they arrive.
Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Check-In and Check-Out:

Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process.
Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Reservation Management:

Take reservations over the phone, email, or in person.
Input reservation details accurately into the system

Requirement :

Should be plesant personality with excellent Communication
Must Be Grdaute with Minumum 6 months of Experience
