Urgent Hiring Client Servicing Sr. Manager/VP Profile for leading company into corporate events for Mumbai Andheri.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their objectives, provide updates, work with them to finalize the designs and gather feedback.
2. Business Development:
• To identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Participate in client presentations and pitches, showcasing the company's capabilities and unique selling propositions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and expand the company's client base.
3. Strategic Planning:
• Work with the executive team to develop and execute the company's client servicing strategies, aligning them with overall business goals.
• Identify market trends and customer demands to develop innovative approaches and service offerings.
• Analyze industry competition and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the client servicing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary resources and tools to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and encourage professional development within the team.
5. Project Management:
• Oversee the planning and execution of events to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments (such as operations, logistics, creative, and finance) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to client requirements and company profitability.
6. Quality Assurance:
• Set and maintain high service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of quality services to clients.
• Establish and implement procedures to measure and improve client satisfaction.
• Handle any escalations or complaints, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
7. Financial Management:
• Monitor and manage the department's budget and expenses (cash flow) effectively.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to client servicing operations.
Qualification & Work Experience:
1. Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or a related field
2. 10 - 15 years of experience with minimum 5+ experience in managing events at different scale
3. Proven experience in client servicing and account management within the event management or related industry.
4. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
7. Analytical mindset with the capability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
